Born out of shared struggles with mental health, the music of 4-piece pop-punk/easycore outfit, ‘Years Down’, explodes with raw vulnerability and anthemic hope. Since 2021, they have poured their experiences into songs that grapple with anxiety, depression, and the journey towards personal recovery.
Drawing on the revolutionary influences of bands like A Day To Remember, The Story So Far, Blink 182 and a whole range of diverse musical genres, the group is composed of drummer Ben Gonzalez, guitarist Dylan Beresford, vocalist Griffin Mather, and bassist Sterling Swanson.
If time has revealed anything, it's that Years Down has a hunger to share their stories and resources on stage, creating a space of empathy and empowerment to break the silence around mental health from coast to coast. They have poured their hearts out in front of crowds all over the United States, hoping to leave an impression of universal strength and resilience through music.
